I dont think Andrew isn't stupid I think he's very intelligent in fact and he's aware of everything he's doing. how unfair it is, that he's ruining peoples days. he just doesn't care. he's in power Donald will back him over anything there's nothing to do except complain which he laughs at and doesn't take seriously whatsoever
