I suppose that is a fair comparison. A pedophile touching a child's genitals isn't childcare, it's nothing more than a crime but when a parent or professionally trained doctor (a pediatrician) is seeing or touching a child's genitals, that's not for their own sick pleasure like a pedophile. It's medical exam to make sure there isn't anything wrong with the child's genitals. Also when a woman irresponsibly sleeps around and gets pregnant out of wedlock and aborts the baby simply because she doesn't want it, that's murder but when a woman is pregnant and the fetus already died inside her and is decaying or is suffering something like a placenta problem which threatens the woman's life, that is a need to remove the fetus and is actual healthcare.
