Look at it this way cheesy, going after Trump about a meme when its basis is how feckless and asleep at the beach president Autopen Bribe'em was, won't get you anywhere with anyone who doesn't already hate Trump.
Realistically, Biden could have been president for 8 full years and not even come close to getting as much done as Trump has in just over 9 months.
