Gates wants people to focus on his depopulation agenda.
1 up, 6d
As far as I know he hasn't backtracked on that. He just sees the need of more energy production becoming a crises if we don't focus our attention on that. He'll lose a lot of money if Microsoft cannot compete with all of the Artificial Intelligence systems that are popping up all over the world.

I think that the global fascists at the WEF, the UN, the Gates Foundation, Soros, etc. think if they can corner the market on AI they can control us through crappy information that their AI systems will be programmed to spit out.

Hopefully the free market will kill the socialist oriented AI systems but I am not holding my breath on that. After all Google seems to be the most popular search engine and they have no problem excluding and hiding all conservative information. Because of that I don't use Google.

Due to climate change, they are now mostly category 5 storms. Hurricane Melissa ranks as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record.
1 up, 6d
Here are the number of Category 5 hurricanes since 1928

Year Cat 5
1932 2
1933 2
1961 2
2005 4
2007 2
2017 2
2019 2
2024 2
2025 3

There does appear to be more Category 5 hurricanes starting at 2005 the before but the frequency of all hurricanes have remained the same. This is not proof of climate change.

Here is a list of hurricanes as powerful as Melissa plus the Hurricane Allen, in 1980, which was more powerful than Mellissa.

Labor Day 09/03/1935 185 mph (295 km/h)
Gilbert 09/13/1988 185 mph (295 km/h)
Wilma 10/19/2005 185 mph (295 km/h)
Dorian 09/01/2019 185 mph (295 km/h)
Melissa 10/27/2025 185 mph (295 km/h)

Allen 08/05/1980 190 mph (305 km/h)

Melissa was just as powerful as many that predate the climate change hoax. Hurricane Allen predates climate change and actually happened not long after the dropped the global cooling scare.

This is only as accurate as Wikipedia is accurate.

Yeah because hurricanes have never hit Jamaica before.

Stop blaming every weather event on climate change. The weather is doing what the weather has always done. Natural disaster haven't gotten worse, they've always been this bad.

Did you know that every single prognostication made by science or politicians that said X was going to happen by a specific year has been wrong. And it's not that they missed it by a year our two, it has just never happened, it has never started to happen.

And that pisses me off because they promised me that I wouldn't have to shovel snow off my driveway. And that was supposed to have happened 15 or 20 years ago and yet every winter I'm out there with my snow shovel, well... until about 3 years ago when I bought a snow blower. I wouldn't have had to buy that snow blower if their prognostications were correct.

If I want to know the future of our climate, I'm thinking a fortune teller would have a better accuracy rate than a climate scientist.

I've noticed a drastic change in winters where I live. The grass stays green well into December and winters are so much more mild. BTW - Hurricane Melissa ranks as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes ever on record. Deny if you want, but a global majority of people believe in climate change.

Hurricane Allen in 1980 was more powerful than Melissa. Melissa had peak winds at 185 mph while Allen had peak winds at 190 mph.

Weather in your location is not indicative of the entire planet. The grass in my yard is already losing the summer green and it stopped growing. I have had to mow it in about a month.

As far as the strongest winds, Mt Washington, New Hampshire has recorded the strongest wind ever directly observed with gusts up to 231 mph on 04/12/1934. Australia recorded the highest wind, at 253, in 1996 by automated station during a typhoon.

You're in denial of climate change and are in the minority. 86% of 8 billion people globally say climate change is real.

86% of 8 billion people??? Where did you fabricate that number from?

Can you explain to me what climate change actually is without mentioning global warming. Climate change is such a vague term. And what is so detrimental about the climate changing that is going to kill us all? Are we going to have winter in the summer and summer in the winter?

What is supposed to be happening? Because blaming weather that we've always had on climate change is ridiculous.

Does it matter if I am in the minority? If that's true then the majority are just sheep who believe whatever you tell them.

Have you ever wondered why EVERY solution to climate change/global warming is to take freedom away from everyone? Have you ever wondered why politicians and leftists billionaires the ones who are promoting climate change but not a lot of scientists.

Are you familiar with the World Economic Forum? They and the UN are the biggest proponents climate change.

There's a ton of scientists with all sorts of varying opinions on climate change. Some say it's not happening at all, some saying it's happening but man has no effect on it and then there's the scientists who have been bought and paid for to promote the idea that man is directly responsible for it and everyone must be forced to to live in "Smart cities" or "15 minute cities". And if we travel more than 15 minutes away from home we have to have special permission. If we want to go on vacation we have to get permission and the government decides how far away and for how long we can go on vacation.

I only wish this was a conspiracy theory, it's a conspiracy but it's not a theory. The World Economic Forum has put that information out on their website for everyone to read. Fortunately, the WEF leadership got caught in a scandal that involves sexual harassment and racism. Then Trump got elected and that was the final nail in their coffin because Joe Biden was 100% on board with the WEF.

86% of 8 billion people globally say climate change is real. Where did I get that number from?

Google "How many people globally believe in climate change?"

Globally, the vast majority of people believe in and are concerned about climate change, with estimates of belief and concern around 86% to 90% in recent surveys.

Google "What is the world population?"

8.142 billion (2024)

Google "What is climate change?"

A change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.

I didn't know that misinformed conspiracy theorists are behind the denial of climate change...

Google is part of the problem. While FB, X, and even ImgFlip has finally calmed down a lot on censorship, Google is still going strong with the usual leftist insanity.

It's no secret Google manipulates its search results based on highly leftist bias algorithms...

Wow, look at you. You actually gave me a definition that didn't mention global warming. I'm impressed (and I don't mean that sarcastically).

The main problem with that is the idea that CO2 is causing climate change. There has never been a definitive correlation between CO2 and warming temperatures. The Climate change advocated are convinced that increased CO2 causes global warming. And global warming is what climate change is founded on.

But all of the other scientists who haven't been bought by the global cabal of fascists, are not so sure about that. And there are more of those scientists that those who have sold out. You don't hear about them because they don't fit the narrative. Many of them had their names included in a list of scientists who support climate change. Some have fought to get their names off that list. The others may think there is warming but do not think mankind has anything to do with it.

Out of the blue some climate change idiot named CO2 as air pollution.

First off, in the history of this planet we are in a CO2 deficit. There used to be a lot more in the atmosphere.

Second without CO2 we all die. Plants die, then the animals who eat plants die and then the carnivores and omnivores die.

With an increase in CO2 we get stronger, healthier and more productive plants. That means more food. And if CO2 causes the temperature to increase then we get the added benefit of longer growing seasons. So if CO2 causes warming, then it looks like we'll have much more food.

Doing anything to stop than would be anti-productive. This means climate change/global warming is actually a good thing.

But there's no conclusive evidence that there is a correlation between CO2 and warming. And the planet hasn't warmed any since 1997. It actually cooling a little.

In addition, the method for which we've been measuring the earths global temperature is extremely inaccurate.
