Well some of them are in jeopardy. Congress just recommended the DOJ launch an official investigations with some specifically targeted for legal review.
Not quite, the house is just saying that someone should REALLY look into it. I'm 100% certain that he used the autopen and all of his pardons are void, but technically nothing's been proven in court yet.
