Also - Many Republican legislators are refusing their paycheck during the shutdown. . .Democrats are still taking a paycheck while even their staffers are working without pay.

They should only be allowed to have one staffer. That’s one the reasons we have so many ridiculous laws… the myriad of staffers are the ones promulgating all of these ridiculous bills that the actual elected representatives haven’t even read before voting for them.
