Since when does our laws govern citizens of other countries? Due process is the right of U.S. Citizens.

Some of us are familiar with the first three words of the Constitution of the United States of America but the next 4 words mean everything. "We The People of the United States..."

Anyone who claims that illegal aliens have due process rights is lying.

Yep. Other countries have pretty much the same standard. If I go to London and get caught robbing a bank, they'll read me my rights and I'll be entitled to a barrister and a fair trial in a Crown Court. Regardless of whether I'm white or brown.

IF this news story about an actual court ruling then SCOTUS is wrong. This would have happened when the majority was whack-job leftists who cared nothing for the Constitution. What case was this?

So what this means is our Constitution is now the law of the world? We should extend all rights and protections to everyone in the world? How are the other countries going to feel about that? England is in deep doo doo now for all sorts of free speech violations so should we send the national guard over there to fight the with the UK? The just arrested a woman for wearing a star of David because it might offend Muslims.

I don't know about you but if we have to send our military all around the world to protect non-citizens who ever stepped foot in America for any reason, then we're not a country anymore.

Not to mention that those in this country who crossed our border without any type of authorization have violated our sovereignty laws. There's really no need for the courts to get involved. There is no discovery needed. If a person from another country is here illegally and they have no way to show that they have permission to be here, there is just no equivocation. We don't need witnesses, we don't need a jury and due process happened with it was discovered that they were here illegally.

The whole thing is a scam set up by the Democrats to keep child sex trafficking going uninterrupted, to keep fentanyl and other narcotics freely flowing over our borders. And to allow Islamic terrorists into our country with no questions asked. But the most important thing to the Democrats (because it certainly isn't the American citizens) is they must not restrict all of those illegal votes for the mid-terms and the 2028 presidential election. They must have as many illegals in this country voting Democrat for them to even have the slightest chance of ever winning again.

And they have to win because their overlords at the World Economic Forum must have their global fascist government and the Democrats are the only ones in America who will make that happen.

What? You think SCOTUS is infallible? They've been wrong lots of times. That's why Roe v Wade was overturned because it was an incredibly bad ruling. SCOTUS does not make law. That violates everything this country was built on. We are a representative Republic. Our representatives make law based on their constituents.

If you want an unelected group to start making law then find another country to live in. SCOTUS had no authority to make abortion the law of the land. The same is true with gay marriage. SCOTUS overstepped their boundaries again. Look for that ruling to be overturned one day.

This has nothing to do with what the ruling was about and everything to do with the authority to make such a ruling.

But you're probably one of those kind of people that as long as you get your way you could not care less how it happens. You're in the wrong country for that kind of government.
