True. People that deal with logic and facts (ACTUAL logic and facts, not the "facts" and the leaps of logic grand enough to make any kangaroo jealous) would see the sheer hypocrisy that's so rampant on the left.

At this point, they're the party of going against Trump. Which is utter stupidity, considering the guy's not gonna be President in less than half a decade.

They probably sense that if Trump continues having success after success then J.D. Vance is a shoe-in for the presidency in 2028.

Honestly, that's the single most logical argument I've heard for turning your party into the anti-Trump party. Still, it does mean they're actively rooting against the success of their own country, but that's a well established pattern of behavior among the Left.
