Meanwhile, the DOJ has zero interest in helping me as a disabled American supposedly protected by ADA Title III after a multibillion dollar corporation violated their legally binding terms of conflict resolution against me followed by arbitrarily updating the same terms to require all disputes be settled in court after consulting an arbitrator and being told their arbitration clause was unenforceable. 🤦🏻♂️
