1. assuming gender, yes. but it's still different situations and responses to said situations. One has a trans woman getting called "sir", and wishing they would use ma'am instead, or correcting them, while the other has someone angrily ranting about their full identity over a confession , which has no baseline of truth and was made solely for others to feel better about their opinions that all trans people are irrational. Also, girlfriend would still be the right term for demigirls unless otherwise stated previously, and nobody would be bringing pronouns and preferences up first in a confession.
2. No clue why you think I'm "offended" by "dark humor". First of all, saying "trans person gets angry for no reason" isn't dark humor, because it's not made for the sake of laughing at a dark situation, it's made to laugh at others. Second of all, I haven't made any response that shows I'm offended or angry at this besides pointing out that it's not based on anything real.
