Seriously; are ANY of these leftist judges worth a damn?

We are now old enough to tell people stories of a time long ago, a time when judges were respected and upheld the law. A time that sadly may never come again.

Alas, I agree. Once upon a time honest judges recused themselves on conflict of interests cases. Now they look at it as an ideological point of pride and go ahead and rule -- with a predetermined judgment anyway.

Kind of, sort of. . .the Founder were justly paranoid about the judicial system they created and limited it even more than the executive and legislative branches. The executive and legislative branches were meant to work within the confines of the constitution and judicial branch wasn't allowed to get within spitting distance of the constitution.
