Do not hide in a French or Greek neighborhood, but visit New Orleans and Tarpon Springs.

Buy a shotgun to defend your home, Beretta and Binelli and even Mossberg are all good bets.

Figure out if you can really afford living in America and if it's worth the effort, apply for citizenship. Open a restaurant, go to local community events. Check out the state fair, or local fair. Enjoy the American experience of no vacations, 40 hour work weeks little break time, and unlivable minimum wage. And any college degree from your country, say leave to using it to get a job in America unless your working for a global company then maybe.
