That's BS, meat production can be made sustainable if everything is done in carefully managed sustainable manners. Saying that we should go vegan to help the environment would be a massive oversimplification of the actual science regarding meat.

So, you know some annoying vegans. That doesn't mean that a lot of people who describe themselves as liberal are pushing that diet on you.

You're not going to find a wide swath of liberals trying to ban meat. Your media diet may be high in ultra-processed fact free newslite.
