Upvoted. But to answer your question the last time someone was arrested for a meme inside the United States was during the Biden administration when the leftists in charge were trying to get away with both censorship and authoritarianism.
I'm sick of hearing Americans complain that the Trump Administration is an authoritarian. Well I live in an *actual* authoritarian country and all I have to ask you is this: when was the last time an American was arrested for posting a opinionated meme? From my point of view someone even as awful individuality as Trump looks like an angel sent from heaven with his leadership style from here. You don't know just how good the USA has it in terms of freedoms.
