Sorry to anyone that is accepting the narrative about Charlie Kirk being shot... I don't buy the provided story.
Make it make sense.
Ammo round is a 30-06, which can make a small plate sized exit wound on an Elk...made no exit wound on Kirk. Shooter took the shot, disassembled the rifle, got it in his backpack, ran across the roof, drops down, runs across a parking lot to some bushes, reassembles the rifle without the screwdriver that was left on the roof, changes clothes, and makes an exit.
For that to make sense:
1. The ammo would have had to be compromised - like moisture in the powder or something impacted the capacity of the bullet to travel at intended speeds.
2. The rifle noted would have had to be disassembled and packed in the backpack on the roof.
3. He would have had to carry a second screwdriver - which is possible if he had a small toolkit in the backpack...but nothing has ever been mentioned about a toolkit.
4. There would have been a need for nobody to notice a kid assembling a rifle.
5. There would have been a need for nobody to notice a kid changing clothes in the bushes.
6. The bullet would have to ricochet & break apart in a manner that would be extremely difficult for any sniper to pull off. Then also not make any exit of any shrapnel.
What's more plausible to me based on the evidence in front of me...
He went up to the roof, with intent to shoot Kirk. He was in process of assembling a rifle. Bang. He found out on that roof that he was the patsy, the fall guy...
