That's a rule? If it is then it definitely isn't enforced I have posted A good amount of off-site links and never got banned (unless this post is talking about another stream)
Masq, the reason you are banned was because you linked an unapproved offsite site; YT is usually the only one that gets a pass, and even then, it is still bannable within the stream depending on if it can be considered remotely nsfw. Please check the rules next time.
