As much as I'd hate to play devil's advocate here, I'm pretty sure Hunter's pardon was the only one the autopen wasn't used for. And say what you want about Biden's brain, he's still a father, and we all knew he was gonna pardon him, regardless of what he said.
That said, considering Biden was deemed to be mentally incapable of standing trial, how the hell are any of these pardons legal?
