Socialism can thrive under a capitalist system. Funds flowing into socialistic programs have been well established to benefit feeding off the back of capitalism.

I can't show you one that doesn't benifit of some capitalst aspects however neither can you show me one that doesn't benifit from socialist aspects we live in a mixed ideology world
