Sure, but that doesn’t protect them from consequences. Same as if you tell an ethnic joke. Th first amendment protects you from government prosecution in most cases. It doesn’t protect you from getting punched in the mouth for being a disrespectful punk or fired by your employer.

Besides which if they are doing it on the job or while identifiable as working for a specific company then it is that company's right to fire them. This has held true for conservatives speaking their minds for at least the last two decades and now FINALLY it also holds true for these murder-advocating and supporting leftists. Upvoted.
