Fun fact: During the Haitian Revolution, there was a Haitian leader who completely hated white people. He killed slave owners and innocent people, but then hired 500 Polish soldiers to help his side in the war. Then, when asked why he was asking white people for help, he named all 500 Poles honorary Black people.
