The rise is not the only part of this. Weather phenomenons are more common than they were before

the rise in sea level is not equal throughout the world. If ice melts in Greenland, then sea levels will rise in New Zealand and Australia and lower in Greenland because of the gravitational pull of the ice decreasing.
