A sane person who isn't an authoritarian fascist isn't "fake MAGA" they don't pretend to be MAGA when they never claimed to be. Also the whole point of due process isn't to treat criminals like they are innocent when they are not, the whole point is innocent till proven guilty for broadly treating every suspected criminal like they are 100% guilty is wrong for it would arrest people who are not actually guilty of crimes. Not all undocumented migrants are criminals like drug traffickers, some are probably just fleeing the corrupt, dangerous, crime ridden shithole their country is, maybe some of fleeing criminals gangs that are trying to kill them and their families. Criminal gangs deserve to be arrested by their victims don't. Also yes Trump also deserves due process even though he is a corrupt elite.
