What was this guy’s deal? He just casually comes in here after revealing he was a part of a team trying to take us down and then joins us! He even threatened me earlier… Well now that I think about it, it was more like a warning… Hey wait where am I again? “Zach, stop bumping into things!” Adrian complained as she held me still. Oh right. We were in a weapons shop. I looked through the supplies they had and noticed a pair of kunais that were perfect for Pudding. I took them off the shelves and held them in my hands… light weight, but heavy enough to deal some damage. Suddenly I notice Hero talking with the cashier as he got out a bat made out of rubber except for the handle.
“Another one of these? Just what have you been using these for, Mister Harris?”
“None of your concern, but thanks.” He says doing some practice swings. “And it’s out of the park! The Throne Smashers take to the championships!” He says to himself until he notices my gaze. Walking up to us, he rests the bat on his shoulders and questions us. “Alright, are you guys ready to go? I know a pretty good ramen place.” Adrian looks at him annoyed and pokes him in the chest.
“Let's get one thing straight. I don’t trust you. I trust Zach and Leader’s judgement, and if you decide to attack any of us, I will be the first one to kick your ass, you got that?” Yikes… almost forgot how fierce she could be…
“Hey calm down, he’s just asking a question” I say to loosen the tension. “But also she’s right. I will let her kick your ass if you try to betray us.” I joke with him as he laughs in response. “Anyways you said Ramen, right? Why don’t you take us there?”
(2 minutes later)
…No… NO… NOO!!! WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HERE?! I fall down onto my knees in disbelief as I stare at the building in front of us… The worst ramen place to go to even if you’ve haven’t eaten in 6 days! ‘Ramen Beyond’… I hated this place ever since I was a kid! The staff are mean to you, the ramen is always cold, and 90% of the time the tv doesn’t even work! (The other 10 percent is when it’s on but only playing shows for children to watch.) “You seem to be… uh… disappointed with my choice.” Hero said to me watching me slam the ground in despair. Eventually, Adrian had to pull me up from the ground and into a table as the staff took our order and left.
“Why did it have to be here…? This place is awful!” I complained as I rested my head on my fist.
