I stumble my way across the busy streets to make it to my destination. A huge mansion that shimmers in gold! Well, not really. You don’t know how long it took me and Eren to paint all this for Heather. Her payment wasn’t even with money and just homemade cookies (which were 100% worth it). I ring the doorbell and wait for an answer, until some blond haired girl opens the door. “Oh! Mister Kingsman!” She yelled, hugging me tightly. Oh right… Topaz! This girl was from the kingdom Numbaria when Violet got stolen from some demon guy. She also knew my dad for some reason, and she has interpreted my dad as me, hence the professional mannerisms towards me. Well as professional as she can get… After the events she became one of Heather’s servants. “Come!” she says happily, “Lady Heather is waiting for you!” I walk inside, following her to the garden. There, I heard a loud scream as a poor pink haired girl shuddered in fear from a bee. Her name was Linda, a girl who was a part of an organization that tried to kill me. Well she was more of a secretary.
“GET IT AWAY GET IT AWAY!” She screamed as she tried her best not to move. A red haired little girl walks up and waves the bee away for her. Oh Jewel looks way better than she did before… Like Topaz, she was wrapped up in Numbaria and, if I remember correctly, was possessed by Angel’s ex? Long story, I rather not dive into the details. She turns to me and runs up happily.
“Uncle Kingsman! Heather is over there!” She says pointing to two girls. One of them had two different hair colors and a weird mish mash of clothes… Quinn was their name, and I don’t really know much about them. All we do together is work out together from time to time… and then there’s Heather. My second best friend other than Eren. The once bratty and annoying girl became one of my closest allies. I walked up to her and she immediately slapped me in the face.
“Matt! How could you!” she says angrily at me. “You missed Jewel’s birthday party!”
“Aw come on mom, It was fine! I’m sure he was busy!” Jewel says speaking up for me. Heather was still a little mad as she crossed her arm and put a fan over her face.
“Well then you must have some good reason to miss out!” …I guess I have to tell her.
“Ophelia was attacked today…” I say with shame in my voice. Heather suddenly puts down her fan as her face has changed to a somber expression.
