You left out the part where they strongly implied -- because they don't have the guts to outright say it -- that it was caused by HAMAS intercepting and confiscating most of the aid supplies.
Precisely. We have feed much of the world for decades . . . which only encourages their corrupt governments NOT to improve since they know we will act like suckers and ALWAYS keep the aid rolling in at the expense of our own taxpayers.
