Speaking just for myself as a Taxifornian, I would say "thinking" is not the right word.
What we here fear, is that the gullible sheeple in the rest of the country will fall for his snake oil act just like the idiotic libtards did here in Taxifornia. So maybe "worrying" is a better word, but it's not in the obsessive way the left cannot get Trump out of their heads and worry about him from the moment they wake up until they falls asleep. I only worry about Greasy Gavin Nussolini when somebody brings his name up, or I see some media coverage of his latest insane / illegal attempt at doing something crazy.
Hopefully, whichever candidates run against him for POTUS, including those from his own party, will site the actual facts of how he has run this state into the ground. It's tangible. That *should* be enough to open the eyes of the American public.
Of course, it may not matter since the sheeple have the attention span of a gnat, and usually wait for the potted plants on the post-debate panel to tell them what the candidates meant in the debate they just watched.
btw, and not entirely on point, it was back in 2016 when I would watch those debates, and listen to the post-debate panel lie about what Trump had just said, that started turning me off legacy media, which I'm actually grateful for.
