Ya ya ya.... he is the same is Mussolini.... if instead of systematically dismantling his country's constitution in order to get into power, he followed it. 🙄 (Ukraine's constitution says no elections during war time.)
If anyone stopped the elections in Ukraine, it's Vladimir not Volodymyr.
Also I'm pretty sure Mussolini was the invader invader going into other countries.... not trying to defend his own from foreign invaders.
