He just showed up randomly a week before my other cat died, and he was just extremely friendly for no reason and would meow at the door to be let in. I am 99% sure that he was abandoned, because he only hangs around at my house, and i don't think anybody in my area would have him.
He was neutered by his previous owner if you look at his area.
