Wrong. Dead and decaying plant life does. As they rot methene gasses is release into the air creating CO2. What Fossil Fuels may create is Carbon Monoxide. However there is plenty of tech and innovation that can filter out Carbon Monoxide making it less harmful overall.

Wrong, again. Although Fossil Fuels do release Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide is what they primarily release.
