Well Obama and Biden did commit treasonous acts to one degree or another.
Obama - Those pallets of cash that went to Iran underneath everyone's noses. That is giving aid and comfort to an enemy.
Biden - Refused to do his duty in protecting US borders which is oath breaking and considered a type of treason.
Also treason, like murder, doesn't have a statute of limitation.
