You mean the nuclear subs that are ALWAYS circulating beneath the arctic circle anyway and could even way back when I was a nuclear missile technician on boomer submarines hit any target inside -- back then -- the Soviet Union at will over fifty years ago? All of which the Russians KNEW back then and know today?
