Los Angeles is one of the places in California that has the highest number of homeless people, and you're right many of them are illegal immigrants.
And it's not easy to get a number of homeless people who voted in an election.

It's a good thought. But considering how many multi unit buildings you have in Los Angeles, it's unrealistic.
