If they are democrats fleeing what their own leadership's policies have done to their state then they should be rejected at the state border. This is because most of them CAN'T learn from history -- their own or those of ancestors -- and will immediately begin voting for more of the liberal/progressive/leftist insanity in their new red-state that caused them to flee their own former state after all of the inevitable consequences came home to roost.
OUR INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS BEEFED UP, AS AN EXAMPLE ELECTRIC BILLS ALONE ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE BY LEAST 20% OVER THE SUMMER MONTHS. WE CAN WORK TOGETHER TO FIND A SOLUTION. THE SOLUTION IS STOPPING YOU FROM CLOSING NUCLEAR AND COAL PLANTS AND FORCING GREEN ENERGY LIES. THE ONLY WORKING TOGETHER YOU WILL GET FROM US IS TAKING IN CITIZENS LEAVING DEMOCRAT RAN STATES.
