Idea; we put a link in the comments of one of his images to a site I heard of called Grabify that will yoink the IP address and device formation of the person who clicks a link to it. Theres an option to make the link look like an image sharing site too which will probabaly get him. We now have his IP and approximate location.
It would be funny. We could memechat him his own home state, horror-game-that-claims-it-isn't-a-virus style.
