How is the judge ignoring the Constitution? Please explain this to me.

In her recent dissent (an 8 to 1 opinion), she said she considers how she "feels" about a law and any given case. So she ignores the Constitution and uses her feelings to determine how she will vote while a Supreme Court Justice who is sworn to uphold the Constitution, not her feelings. Her literal quote was "I think the nice thing about being on the court is you have the opportunity, whether you're in the majority of the dissent, to express your opinions. I just feel that I have a wonderful opportunity to tell people, in my opinions, how I feel about the issues. And that's what I try to do."

That should send cold shivers down your spine.

The case centered around an executive order telling administration officials to consider a proposal on citizenship, to examine it. Democrats, in their foolishness, filed a lawsuit to say “you can’t even consider this executive order or examine it.” The Supreme Court said, yes, the administration is allowed to investigate and examine a proposal on citizenship. KBJ voted that, NO! They can’t even consider it.

All democrats are fools. They prove it every day.

But if some states allow citizenship for people born in America, others don't. What happens?

Federal law supersedes ALL state law. Pretty simple.

The Democrats and the Democratic Party does not live by the principles of democracy. If they did, they'd be behind Donald Trump right now. We don't live in a democracy, thankfully. We live not in a democratic republic, but a Constitutional Republic. There's a big difference. One governs through representatives by the whims of the people, one governs through representatives sworn to uphold a Constitution.
