Just like in Ocarina of Time. Link gets his childhood best friend’s ocarina, then throws it away for a shiny blue one later (the manga actually gives a reason for this. Ganon takes the wooden ocarina, not realizing that it’s not the Ocarina of Time, so Link now only has the blue one)
