Yes, of course. It took a new, allegedly "law & order," "efficiency-minded" POTUS to violate the Constitution, abrogate a court order, set the government up to be slapped with at least one lawsuit regarding Civil Right violation it has no chance of winning, flap around like a headless chicken while inefficiently wasting time, tax dollars, man hours detaining, housing, transporting an alleged "violent criminal" to El Salvador only to be called out for the aforementioned violation of the Constitution then inefficiently waste more time on foot-dragging only to relent, admit to said violations of court order & Civil Right, obey the Constitution, the Court, waste even more time, tax dollars, man hours bringing back a victim to name suspect that, assuming the federal indictment isn't just x amount of attempted CYA political theatre and in light of a judge's hold order, should never have been removed in the first place.
