I guess I’ll add it to the list of games redeemed for free. It’s a ridiculous amount at this point.

kinda misleading to include a game on sale
but they make it so cheap for some it's basically free (interjection, not nintendo doing this, if they can be considered sales at all)

No I literally redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for Xbox gift cards and got the game for free.

I'm not resorting to financing shit (is this stupid? yes, but are my few niche skills in the empty place where I live not enough to get me a job? also yes, though I could probably just work remotely)

1375 = $1.25 Xbox gift card
2850 = $3
4750 = $5
9500 = $10

If you do all daily tasks you can (bing searches, app check-ins, play a game on console, etc.), you can get about 350-400 points per day. And if you want a game that’s $6, you can redeem for two $3 gift cards.

So I grind points until a big sale happens, find a good deal for a game, and put it in the back log. I gotten over 50 games this way.

It doesn’t take long, but bing searches have a 5-second cooldown until the next search gives you points.
