"getting mod in the understream is hard, because there are a lot of conditions, first you have to already been a member of the understream for a fairly long time, and you have to interact (comment, post, etc) at least once everyday (dw we tolerate exceptions or irl emergencies). i have some users in mind now, but i'll still wait. the problem here is that i can't give you mod because "I" want to, the rules that i made myself say that every single opinion matters, and that the whole understream members, owners, senior mods and mods themselves need to agree before a big change happens, and that includes giving someone mod. if you dont match those conditions i mentioned, im afraid the understream might vote no for your mod voting round because they have no idea who you are"
