I wish I was so lucky.
The woman in the local hardware store makes me crazy. I asked for a 5/32" diameter round file for a metal-working project, because they're kept behind the counter in their power-tools section. She refused to help me until I specified a make and model of a chainsaw that I'd be using the file on!
I made up something after glancing at the chainsaws on display. She checked for compatibility! Luckily, I guessed appropriately. Otherwise, I think she'd have had me thrown out of the store!
OMG, I'm getting a headache just remembering that day!
