Watching this broad on TV asking a 4 star general if he considers possible future mental health problems of the California activated Marines is so annoying. If you are serving in Marine security forces you should guard and protect life and property regardless of how your grandmother, mother, sister, girlfriend, wife or whatever feels about the situation. If you can't guard and protect as required then don't sign up for the type of work.

Exactly. And 2/7 would much rather be thumping skulls in 40 degree cooler LA, than raking rocks at the stumps.

Should have been space force since I have had every type of alien UFO activity and encounter. But you can only play the cards you are dealt with nothing up your sleeves. God bless America.

Marines although if you want to be a real Marine you need to be a gunner on a Coast guard tug boat since the pirates died off around here centuries ago. The Army was a change of scene at the time just getting away from the same kind of crap that is on the news now. The military in the 90s had the earlier version of the p.diddy scandalous freakoffs and heavy nepotism and Playboy, Hustler and before only fans escorts were secretaries at the Pentagon and all that like that. Nothing new under the sun. If you are not inner circle you're seriously assed out. You're out talked and outmaneuvered by all kinds of broads and weirdos that shouldn't even be in the conversation. Promotions and assignments especially the kind worth big money like overseas contracts while working in state and federal departments and agencies are given to the fams. How many times people were deployed to places like England or Guam to get paid while others were passed over. That's generational wealth. That's privilege. The plantations hit hard. I reclassified mos's and qualed into no less than 8 MOS's thank God for my applying myself to studying and testing. In the end I went into mental limbo. But I'm okay now. Thanks to you tube and meds and acupuncture and chiropractor and mental health services and support group and local legal support and the great state of florduh. I grew up in Virginia but traveled the world and this great nation through the military. Life goes on.

Were you ever deployed?

Yes of course, just nowhere near as much as I should have had for my taste. It's kinda like in the sense that a broken analog clock is right at least twice a day. If someone doesn't want you to go here or there or they're making moves moving their personal cronie pieces to get that money.. It's strange to me that I will probably end up forgetting a lot in the future. Like dementia symptoms I think. Maybe my memes will live on for me. I have recurring memory loss on words or names of things I am trying to talk about during in person conversations. I don't remember my childhood like my kinfolk do. They talk about all kinds of memories growing up that just don't recall to me in any kind of way because I moved a lot and I wasn't anywhere or around anyone to have the same experience of memories.

I WAS IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN DC FOR 3 YEARS AND THE MARINE CORPS FOR 8 AND THE ARMY FOR 20. AT THE END OF MY TIME IN, THERE WERE MORE THAN A FEW PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY WOULD NEVER FIGHT AGAINST THEIR OWN PEOPLE AND HOW IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN IF THEY WERE ORDERED TO. FROM WHAT I SPECIFICALLY SAW IT WAS THE MOST LIBERAL LIFESTYLE MILITARY THAT TALKED LIKE THAT WHETHER THEY WERE WHITE, BLACK, HISPANIC OR WHATEVER ELSE THEY CLAIMED TO BE. I WAS IN A SHEISTY SITUATION CONSIDERING MY MOM'S SIDE OF THE FAMILY IS WHITE AND MY FATHER'S SIDE IS BLACK AND OF COURSE.. I'M HISPANIC ON TOP OF THAT. IT'S NOT A PRETTY PLACE TO BE WHEN SOMEONE IS WATCHING RIDICULOUS POINTS OF VIEWS THAT CONTRADICT THE JOB. I GOT MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS BY THE END OF MY SERVICE. I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN AWARDED COMPENSATION BECAUSE OF A FEW DOCUMENTS REQUIRED OF ME. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH IT COSTS ME TO LISTEN TO THIS CHICK TALKING ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS OF PEOPLE WHO PROBABLY JUST JOINED THE MILITARY WHEN I STARTED IN 1988 TIL 2016. YOU'RE ALL KILLING ME WITH THAT B.S.
