Can’t watch network TV. Detective shows on Britbox are much better. Vera, Inspector Morse, Endeavor, Silent Witness, Midsomer Murders, and many others. Better written, not as woke (pre-2020), not just a bunch of shoot-em up chase scenes.
When most of the TV shows are left that option is hard to do for example when was the last time you seen a attractive woman in games made by Western company's granted there are probably still a few right gane companys but they are hard to find
If you mean videogames then it's like this; in The Elder Scrolls Oblivion remaster, the choices in sex for character creation are Type 1 or Type 2. . .and adult women have the breast size of a 10 year old. . .as a matter of fact female/feminine type monsters have more of a breast size than the female playable races.
