I'm just going to say it: We have never called it LGBTQIA+
We just refer to it as LGBT, that mainly covers it all.

And some people don't know the full acronym. I tend to use the full one to flex.

If I'm being fully honest, using the full name makes you look like a tryhard.

Absolutely, and I regret nothing since some friends are the only one I use the full thing with. And they enjoy it.

I am not a homophobe. But love and sex are different stuff. You can be a boy and love boys, but you are still a boy. Happy pride month)

My birthday is Juneteenth and I was raised in the south. Everyone white had a nickname for me ( you can guess what it was) and everyone else ... invited me to their celebrations. I didn't realize I was still a racist until Black Lives Matter explained it from their point of view.

Maybe they just don't know it's homophobic. Benefit of the doubt.
