Yang Xiao Long is a character from a series called RWBY; she's the main character's older step-sister. About midway through the full story, Yang loses an arm and one of her dual arm-mounted weapons (basically shotgun bracers nicknamed "Ember Celia") and has to get a metal one to replace it.
