The information age quickly devolved into the information nihilism age. Any fool can fool some of the people all of the time, and most people are fools.

School teaches us simplified narratives as small children (eg the US Civil war was about slavery) because as children, we can't fully understand the complexities of history. As young teenagers, we're taught that it's not really that simple, and there's an element of contrast introduced ( the US Civil War was also part of a larger question on the position of States in the Union), but it's only as we grow older that the narrative taught to us was in fact true, just dumbed down, as we learn about the full complexities of history (the War only grew violent due to the issue of slavery, other issues could've easily been solved peacefully, etc.). However, as young teenagers (13-15), when we learn the narrative we were taught is "wrong" (more nuanced), many people have a crisis of confidence in the broader historical narrative. I'd blame the school system for this, because though a good teacher encourages deeper learning when these issues are brought up, many simply neglect it and fail to answer it.

This implies a broader question: what came first, the dumbed-down curriculum or the dumbed-down students?

I'm not entirely sure if you're implying the full nuances of history can be taught to a seven year old. When you're that young, your brain literally has not finished developing, so probably the dumbed-down students ig?

I mean highschool, where people are transitioning into adults. If they're not ready to be fed the fully nuanced facts of our past at that point, we need to raise the age at which people are recognized as legal adults.
0 ups, 2w,

The issue is that people realize as young teens that the narrative isn't true, and they develop a deep skepticism of all "official" narratives. This can't really be fixed by raising the school leaving age, it needs to be addressed at the ages of 12-15, where that skepticism is developed. People learn at that age that America did some morally questionable things in WW2, for example, and think "what else aren't people telling me?" Because so many teachers don't foster a sense of curiosity into why this is the case, but simply dismiss it, the reaction isn't "why did America do these things", but the lack of willingness to cover these harder topics until later results instead in the hyperskeptic worldview that breeds conspiracy theories
1 up, 2w
There are two issues at work here. One is a failure to teach the bigger picture. The other is a refusal to teach the entire picture. The former is an easy fix. The latter requires putting on the big boy pants as a nation, and collectively we're still squabbling toddlers. Put another way, we haven't even grown past the shiesty shit we're trying to back away from with revisionist history. And thanks to Crabtree's Bludgeon, neither of these issues will resolve the problem of conspiracy theories. The mere fact that something is asserted is enough for many people to go the opposite direction.

For my part, I lost my faith in authority when I learned that Santa Claus wasn't real.

Define conspiracy theories? Meaning in history or the things that mainstream calls conspiracy theories like chemtrails, Bill Gates starting COVID, Obama's third term, Illuminati/shadow government etc. While much taught about history is actually conspiracy to cause division the things listed above are not frankly. If Bill Gates, world leaders, the government, big corporations, big tech, mainstream media etc call it that and Google hides info I find on other search engines and repeatedly uses the words conspiracy theory in reference to it as if they're trying to pound it into my head I tend to suspect it's true. With my weather knowledge and the history of Bill Gates and understanding of the occult I know 100% that chemtrails are real, COVID setup, and I'm not saying it's not a real virus but that it was intentional for other reasons, and Illuminati are totally true. I research and observe and recall memory of past and my memory is strong, it's real. Schools teach kids how to be good commies not to think though.

I said in my post my weather knowledge, age and memories of the past and the consistent story changes with NWS on weather phenomenon that never existed, clouds that never existed and my own observation of watching the skies, noticing the odd crap and I photograph it and then 24/7 military craft flying low, saw a lime green trail before, saw shiny particles falling from a trail and then Bill Gates has a love affair with vaccines he has used in other nations in the past that have killed or made kids sick, personal people I know who got the Covid shot. One died, young teenage son of another we know dropped over from a heart attack with no cause found, another has become paralyzed, others we know get sick more than ever when we never have gotten it & have stopped getting shots even for flu, Gates loves eugenics, recommends it as does psychopath companies like Google who hides info that's available elsewhere then knowledge of occult and symbolism in nearly everything. Finding evidence when those who do this are in total control is hard and so called reputable people, organizations etc have won decades of trust. I have high intuition and memory as well.

Crabtree's Bludgeon. ^^^

On the topic of being able to think: outside of the plots of hack movies, why would secret societies pepper popular culture with evidence of their existence, only to bury references to that evidence? If the world was ruled by a cabal of elite occultists or whatever, I would expect more out of them than a deliberate trail of escape-room caliber clues.

If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd posit that such PAINFULLY obvious clues were left simply to distract would-be whistleblowers from any actual secret society f**kery. The idea that the world is openly-secretly run by glorified bond villains is, frankly, insulting to the intellect.

As for the notion of a shadow government, now that the kumquat-in-chief is set on burning the federal government to the ground, it appears that he's too inept to include its members in the purge.

You're unfamiliar with the Bond franchise. Well it has only been around for 70 years.

I see you lied when you said you'd blocked me. Tis true, I'm glad to say I don't know what goes on in your head. What are you doing here? This is a meme about WHY conspiracy theories are so prevalent, not a platform to foment about how people who don't believe them are brainwashed.

You come across as a crackpot wearing a foil hat, lecturing people on their way into a library about freemasons putting satanic messages in the book barcodes and warning that the 5g wireless signal will activate the microchips that the shadow government implanted in your fillings. Maybe you're right, but you're not exactly what most people would call a credible source. The only thing you've convinced me of is either your handler is on vacation or you've gone off your meds.

Feel free to submit a meme of your own. If it provides enough food for thought, it will be featured.

Did block you but kept getting curious about replies since they're so stereotype predictable. I'm only here now because I clicked on a comment in my notifications that unfortunately brought to the non thinking ai generated obedient little commie tank although I'm sure some here do think. Hopefully that will continue after being around an ai mod.๐Ÿคฃ. Just saw how this happened now. One dude above responded to one of my replies and referred me to you. If I wanted a generated response to my post about the undeniably obvious chemtrails I would've typed it into Google search in ai overview which says basically the same crap but just in a more matter of fact way. Believe the crap but one day it'll hit. Funny how someone is upvoting my replies to you which suggests someone else finds you to be a P.I.T.A. too. The dude who directed me back here is one of your minions I see. Likely your idea๐Ÿคฃ Oh and a p.i.t.a. is... Here's a hint... Hemorrhoids.

Oh and no never heard of that movie frankly and haven't had cable since 2015 or been to a theater in decades and I made it clear I've watched these turds up there myself which takes more thought than learning propaganda from a useful idiot professor or rewritten book. I've read and heard many arguments against this stuff and it's all rehearsed crap and it's popular with mainstream people who are obviously evil and lie and have a lot to gain by depopulation. The thought provoking point was according to who are these conspiracy theories. That gets people questioning it not blindly ignoring or embracing one thing or the other. If that isn't provoking to you then you've reassured me more that this I've been observing is correct. The true theory is the so called reality some people insist on living in.

Occam's razor suggests those were the result of flight training exercises or someone having fun. Again, not very subtle. Methinks anyone doing underhanded stuff would be less obvious about it. And until there's proof of actual chemical bullshit coming out of those, I'm going to laugh at you for distracting from the REAL dangers of PFAS and microplastics. What, all the yahoos with cameras didn't think to collect a sample of the air or soil under those contrails and have it tested at a lab somewhere? Does your worldwide team of anti-occultist LARPers lack the funds, or fear finding evidence that disconfirms their conspiracy theories? Pro-tip: credible evidence is what sways scientifically minded people.

I also look at your previous statement to the effect of "the left puts out unelectable candidates chosen by the shadow government". Uh huh. The only rational conclusion to be drawn there is the shadow government WANTED the other side to win. Which they did. So, take a victory lap I guess? You're mind controlled and I hope you wake up before it's too late for you yourself. Anyone so blind that they can look at that blatant reality in the sky and still believe asinine crap like co2 emissions and plastic crap could literally be an actual ai humanoid for Google since you blindly believe everything you're told and Trump is part of it just like all other politicians and corporations worldwide not only conservatives or only liberals but all. It's a chess game with these literal Satan worshiping psychopaths and their biggest pawns much of the time are liberals because you guys way too often blindly believe EVERYTHING except if a conservative or a Christian says it then it's either a conspiracy or bigotry or some other bunch of crap. They intentionally cause race wars to divide all people. Divide and conquer is evil's best tool. Soros has been doing this and gloating for decades and people ignore it. It's ugly but I'd rather know my enemy and swallow the truth early instead of attacking those warning people and basically being their ai dogs on a leash.

Well in watching these scumbags the trails expand and/or appear to vaporize but then slowly fake clouds start to manifest. Heavy metal and radioactive materials do odd things when mixed and it's quite complex but they can easily gloat in front of the world with the subtle deception they indoctrinate people into over years. They start pushing pollution stuff in the 70's and 80's with acid rain etc then in the 90's you heard the greenhouse effect then early 2000's after Clinton goes & Bush comes in Gore starts the global warming idea. There's the natural occurrence of global warming then what's called the man-made in what they claim is plastic and co2's, cigarettes etc when they started chemtrailing in 1997. Once people would start to notice things unusual national weather service and others make weather science sounding stuff sound like the explanation abd/or the decades of pollution causing raising temperatures & global warming. Those whose heart strings were pulled over decades were activists that start getting more militant. Conservatives oppose it & do what they've always done & that helps the left blame them. That annoys conservatives & they then ignore it out of spite & believe the stuff NWS's natural claims. We all fight while they slowly poison everything including gmo & nanotechnology. I have a gif of lithium metal reaction to fire & what it does looks much like sunsets. I'll post in a little later when I open my desktop up. I have personally heard the odd noises from the sky that happen as well. Liberals insist on the decades of indoctrination of climate change based on pollution & call this conspiracy & assume conservatives believe them & even start them. We're chess pawns to these elites. I have Morgellons fibers in my colon. Many get them tested whether they're coming from skin or elsewhere & they're black carbon nanotubes. I'll post that up later. This is a short synopsis compared to the enormity of what this takes to accomplish & then there's all other world issues they create. Sadists like to torture their prey before killing them. AI can replace jobs & they don't have to deal with people's needs or pay them. A psychopaths wet dream utopia.

So...no evidence. I sound like everyone else who thinks you're a jabbering lunatic because "prove it" is what anyone with functioning mental faculties would say in repose to your deranged rambling. The burden of proof lies with the party making the claim. Instead of clarifying why no studies have been done on the contrails you brought up, you recriminate and change the subject. (Recrimination I suspect being parroted from what thinking people have said to you.)

One part is true: you've absolutely fallen into the trap of viewing the world in the strictly binary breakdown of "libs" and "cons". Guess there isn't room for more nuance in your 2-bit brain.
0 ups, 5d
Public has been indoctrinated for decades about environmental issues for this reason. Occultists love to gloat about what they plan to do to you because they're sadistic psychopaths. It's right in front of people's eyes and some see it but we don't have enough voice, money or power to convince people. So called reputable places do and that's why gaining a good reputation gives credibility which when used appropriately gains trust but then the ones who do this who have bad intentions from the getgo are even that much more dangerous then. People we personally know who have gotten Gate's Covid 666 vaccine have gotten very ill and continue to get ill whereas I've ceased from even flu vaccines and have caught nothing and I'm not carrying it since people can't spread dormant illness in their bodies to others. That's asinine modern day gaslit horse๐Ÿ’ฉ.

I don't watch the news. I'm a scientifically minded individual, which means I believe extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. I also try to avoid using logical fallacies in my arguments. And you seem to enjoy ad hominem attacks, poisoning the well and fighting with strawmen. Have fun swinging at that pinata in your house of mirrors. I wonder what prize might fall out? Fluorinated water, lizard people, Jewish space lasers? I don't claim to have all the answers. I just have a better nose for bullshit than you. The response of a standard brainwashed person and even worded similarly. You WILL NOT get evidence from any major source on such things when the major sources are either controlled by fear or brainwashed or devils themselves. They control the money, media everything. So called educated useful idiots are their biggest tools. You completely disregard the actual effort I put into looking into this and my own weather knowledge and have not even mentioned any of that which shows you're only reading the keywords in the script you've been indoctrinated into and wouldn't condescend to put time into actually doing your own investigation. Believing bullshit is being taught or told something and being shown so called evidence that may look convincing and believing it. That education, strawman accusation which is popular with 5 point Calvinists as well against Christians who oppose their ghoulish Bible interpretation, and logic lecture you keep insisting on, which is common in those denying this stuff, is the standard reaction to anything that contradicts what one wants to believe. You've been conditioned to believe it and have that worldview and that's how these turds get most people on any team either conservative or liberal. Read my reply to almond milk addict and I'll post the gif I have later. Science is one of the main areas they've infested with bs claims and extraordinary evidence. My evidence is through personal investigation, connecting dots, memory and thinking & I'm a born again Christian and fact check with God which I'm sure you'll laugh off and that's fine. Yours is based on so called real evidence. Granted some things presented by science has been accurate which gives them the needed credibility. The claims science makes about cause of climate issues, more than 2 genders, babies aren't people until they're born is blatant trash and often these scumbags contradict themselves and change explanations which is common with NWS and people don't see it? I can't fathom that?๐Ÿ™„

So...conspiracy theory is like a religion? Predicated on a lack of proof? Can't stand up to scrutiny? Just gets you in the feels? Yeah, this is the wrong stream for that. Hope it's compatible with Calvinism.

Maybe someday you'll see through the haze enough to recognize that you're describing yourself. You act surprised by my rote response. It's not special that when you feed me garbage I'll call it garbage, because that's what everyone does when they detect a pile of BS. Science says you're full of BS, so anyone who understands science will necessarily call BS on your unsubstantiated claims and paranoid rhetoric. Get used to hearing it, because until you bring the receipts for your claims, it's the only answer you deserve.

Religiosity squirms in its seat, unwilling to acknowledge that it doesn't KNOW anything: it BELIEVES things. Well we're all entitled to our opinions. Maybe someday you'll learn that too.

Since this is a matter of record, I'd like the record to show that the burden of proof is hers, and trying to place it on me is a logical fallacy. I've explained this elsewhere and I don't know what or which combination of mental deficiencies caused her to miss it. Probably the same cognitive shortcomings that prevented her from recognizing that as of this comment we each have 1 upvote on most of our comments.

So things are only true if they come from people you know? Sounds like the ramblings of a cult member.

I haven't denied the existence of evil--she made that claim, presumably because I'm an atheist. I'd call that small-minded of her but that would grant that she has a mind. She mentioned elsewhere that atheists can't "discern spirits". I'd call that narrow-minded, but again, that would give her more credit than she is due. I can call her hypocritical, clueless, incorrigible, infantile (needing to get the last word by slamming the door behind you is the picture of infantile behavior, e.g. the last comment on the meme), but even saying she's closed-minded accords her more than she is worth.

I'd also like to draw the reader's attention to the pair of comments higher up with the reply button missing. She left them. Interesting, since she was so insistent that it was a convoluted act of mod-abuse that allowed me to do that. My previous explanation stands.

Mod abuse is a serious offense. As is mod negligence, of which I have been guilty up until now. Since she can't be trusted not to smear her feculent presence around here again, I've gone ahead and relieved us all the burden of her lack of self-control. Don't care where she goes so long as it's a good ways downwind from streams I moderate.

Hannibal the Cannibal blocked the reply button because I was upsetting his delusion. What I expected. Funny how libs are the main ones who stereotype but are so blind that they can't see themselves as having any possible flaws. I have my prejudices like any honest person will admit that I have to separate. I don't see it as libs and conservatives as far as the inner people go but what they're into and believe says that and everything including how much toilet paper people use is political nowadays so that's hard to avoid plus the first to bring up that was when he made the standard Trump remark I've heard a thousand times from countless others so who's the one with the push button brain who jumped on the auto blame Trump wagon initially? Plus everything I said about personally getting off my ass & investigating myself was unsurprisingly ignored. That takes more effort than blindly trusting a professor in a college or my betters in the government. Think tanks are supposed to consider possible nuances & I'm sure there are some here who truly are into considering things but quite a few are more about... let's confirm to each that what we like is true tank. I mention leftists as being into the status quo because they are the status quo now. Some stuff conservatives are into isn't something I like either. You blindly write off any conservative views the way you say conservatives do to libs but I've thought through much & have watched over the years & I'm in my 40's & an INFJ woman, & men & women can see things differently & I've have had unusual experiences in life. Sometimes the man's nuanced way is right while other times the woman's is. Intuition is blown off by logic only people but my personality functions in multi-facets including philosophical. I'm willing to go half insane to learn the truth. Now it's easy for cons and libs to do that since everyone has a worldview that may or may not have individual nuances but is either a traditional view socially or a liberal view socially. World leaders have a field day with what they view as useful idiots playing us against each other & it sadly works a lot. I'm done here so since I unfollowed this stream & blocked Hannibal the Cannibal no need to respond. Should I post an album of my evidence or would I waste my time? Dr. Lector or Lecher, which is even more disturbing given the meaning of the word lecher combined with Hannibal, wouldn't give it the time of day but if anyone else wants it then I can still post it.

I couldn't resist further dissecting this steaming pile.
First sentence: "...blocked the reply button..." That isn't a thing. That functionality doesn't exist on this platform.
Second sentence: "What I expected." In reference to the previous sentence means she expected something that wasn't possible. Well that tracks.
Third sentence: "Funny how [stereotype] are the main ones who stereotype, but are so blind..." Funny how blind she is to the blatant hypocrisy of this sentence.
If all three of her first three sentences are dogshit, why bother wasting time with the rest of this tripe?

Answer: Because when she said she was willing to go half insane to learn the truth, she failed to specify what two truths she's learned. xD

She already deleted one comment. I hope she leaves the rest up, as a testament to how truly and profoundly dumb her contributions were. You picked out keywords and attacked them I have pictures and more pictures and said I could post it and you say no evidence. You don't want to see it and I can see why but it's reality although you disagree. Fine. Google and NASA won't back me up since they're part of it so since groups like that won't back it up then my evidence is a lie then. Same story different hand typing it. How the hell can't people see this happening especially chemtrails? Bet you're young and weren't alive when things especially weather was different. Even with evidence you'd blow it off. I'd tell you why you couldn't reply to that one single comment but it's more fun watching your ignorant ass twist in the wind. It's all you're good for, and you're not going anywhere. May as well make it worth my own while.

I investigated and discovered that you like to molest infants. It's a fact. I researched it and it's true. See, anyone can claim anything! Without evidence, it's just gums flapping in the wind. Although I certainly wouldn't trust you with children. God I hope you don't have any. There's enough suffering in the world as it is and I can't imagine anything worse than having you as a mother.

One thing is for certain: neither of us would piss on the other if they were on fire. I wouldn't know if anything you've said is true because you've made it impossible for me to see you as anything other than a sad failed joke of a person. And that goes both ways. The difference is, my presence here is needed. Yours is, like your humor, your logic and your oration, a steaming 9-coil pile of stale excrement. Unless you want that stench to overpower your attempts at persuasion, you might want to check yourself before you set your own cause back any further. So she finally decided to stick to making fart jokes. That's more fitting considering the only thing she contributed here was foul hot air. Which has evidently carried her to almost 2 million points in the past 7 years. Which raises another point.

Poor dunce has been here for the better part of a decade and hasn't identified the 10 nested comment limit. Thousands of comments over thousands of memes and not once did that obvious fact make it through the concrete bunker of her skull. Think about all the stupid shit she said about the comment button going away, and all because of her immunity to a basic fact. Obliviousness, delusional thinking, an unjustifiable confidence in her wrongheaded views, and a militant defensiveness when told she's wrong...the very picture of a conspiracy theorist. I can only speculate whether she has always been like this or if something made her this way, but either way it's an interesting case study of the fertile ground in which conspiracy theories thrive: fertilizer. People with shit for brains.

I don't suffer fools, and she met that criteria better than anyone I've encountered on this platform. This stream of all places is the literal last place she should be. If she was at least able to reach that conclusion, then despite everything we managed to find some common ground.

To each their own. Me here, and she in imgflip's bowels, enthralled by a cloud of her own noxious gas.

The rest, blah blah blah, you've said it before, I've heard it before, nothing new or useful and boring as shit. What are you hoping to get out of this? You are an extraordinarily poor ambassador for your cause. Whining incessantly might sway hearts and minds, but not in the direction you'd like. I'd ban you from the stream for being anti-intellectual but you'd call it a win, so feel free to keep piling on the drivel. You seen to have nothing better going on with your life. I'd feel sorry for you if you weren't such a hemorrhoid. Still, being that even opinions as abjectly asinine as yours still deserve a platform in the marketplace of ideas, you're as entitled to get ignored by everyone as anyone else. Maybe moreso.

At best. In truth, we both know that scorn is all you'll find outside of your own diseased imagination. Better hide in your silo and block everyone who doesn't nod their empty heads at everything you repeat. Wouldn't want you getting frustrated after people with differing viewpoints get mad when all you can say to them is "I've heard that 1,000 times from google, you're brainwashed."

How the hell can I give data of something being done by those who control the data. I read the response and no reply button showing just a flag button. You're the king of stereotype insults frankly. Yeah I enjoy toilet humor as well. You sound like every other intellectual with ZERO common sense or discernment. Up to you though. You haven't answered my questions and ignored most of what I said too but you're enlightened so that's OK. Whatever you'll find out someday.

1. Create meme. 2. Generate meme and post to think tank. 3. Come and say what you in reply to your own meme. 4. Go back to meme page and hit edit then click disable comments or go into your moderator rights and click moderation types then click ban user and add their name. 5. Delete meme from the comments page and yet since you commented separately on your meme the comment remains but that user is banned from replying to you. 6. If they make a remark elsewhere on the page hurry and go unban them then post a comment claiming they were cowards for not responding directly to your comment then mention that they deleted one comment earlier to make your argument look more real to those who may not know of this which makes it less likely that they'll consider the other person's argument. 7. You know those who will have your back on doing this but automatically assume everyone else including myself is either too new, a dumbed down kid or too dumb to grasp your superior knowledge thereby insulting other followers on a stream you moderate and any who do realize you did this regardless of whether or not you ban this reply lose their respect which may cause them to consider what I have been saying over the last few days. Nicely done. Now I'll leave you with a thought provoking comment from a man about atheism. Feel free to call me names behind the computer screen and ban me from the stream altogether. Haven't seen replies from others saying they wanted to see my evidence.

The frantic barrage of spaghetti hurled at the wall in the above post is how conspiracy bullshit starts.
I called you a coward for blocking me. It had nothing to do with whether or not you replied. You think I'd miss you if you left?! THIS is what I'm talking about. That shit is FUNNY!

BWAHAHAA!! CS Lewis?! Good lordy! His quote is a classic example of the argument from incredulity, a logical fallacy typically employed by people in an attempt to leverage their ignorance of science into validation of magical thinking. Here's my riposte to that particular idiot. imgflip.com/i/7qkjzu

I know you get tired of being smacked in the face with science. It happens all the time because you have set yourself in opposition to science. And science is nothing if not predictable in its methods. You'd have learned this if you possessed the capacity to learn. How many times did you have to burn your hand before you learned the stove was hot? Enough to drive you half insane? xD

I've never seen anyone dig themselves so deep as you have here. This is genuinely impressive. It's like a perfect 0 on a test. You should check out the atheist stream. There are all kinds of misguided souls there for you to educate.

Not gonna lie, the rudeness is not appreciated. If your reply has something interesting to build on, or something I clearly disagree with, I'll respond, and I'll do my best to be kind and respectful.

However, if you're just gonna criticise people for what they believe, I hope you know, deep down, you aren't gonna change what they believe. If it's not your responsibility to educate, then I'd much rather you left my comment sections respectful. I don't care if the other person isn't respectful, be the bigger person please, and refrain from chastising and unkindness if you don't even mean to educate.

Just so you know, I'd really love it if both of you shut up and stopped acting like little babies, and did your best to debate constructively

Says they don't like rudeness:
Is rude:

I hear your frustration, but my behavior here is pretty deterministic. I'm here to hold a mirror up to people. If they don't like the reflection, it does no good to get angry at the mirror.
I hope you know, deep down, that fart chick came in here spouting anti-intellectual drivel that criticized me for what I believe. Which means she should know, deep down, that this won't sway my thinking. It will elicit an opposite response, which will ultimately accomplish little besides securing this stream's borders against anti-intellectualism. Yay, they system works. Whether this sways other people is beside the point. Fortunately for me, I'm not here to change minds, especially when there's nothing there to change.

I'm here to treat people the way they treat others.
Your tone-deaf position that rudeness is the problem suggests you would prefer to ignore the underlying issue and allow the conversation to be hijacked by a one-sided avalanche of unscientific shitposts. That's not debate: that's a stream raid. Part of my role as moderator is to ensure that doesn't happen...and for better or worse, I'm very reluctant to resort to censorship. I admit the results can get ugly. A poster wishing to miss them is free to disable comments, block users or delete their meme. Ignoring comments is also a thing.

It is regrettable that there's so little worthwhile engagement on imgflip these days. But better none at all than trolls or people nodding at each other with vacant expressions...

Rudeness is the underlying problem because nobody will ever believe you if you're horrible to them. I understand your role as moderator, and I understand conspiracy theories run deep on this site. But I also understand no person was ever convinced of the other side after said other side repeatedly insulted them. You'll only drive people further. Hence, if people are rude to you, you either ignore them or respond eith kindness. It's far easier to ignore than to respond hatefully, and it's far more constructive for all involved to respond respectfully. So please, if you're only interested in mudslinging, just ignore these comments, because to them, you'll just be the exact reason their theories are true. You want to secure this stream's borders against anti-intellectualism, but the only real way to stop it is to sit down and talk with the anti intellectuals. So I guess it's your choice -- you can ignore the problem, just keep it out of the stream, or you can at least play some small part in combatting it. Similarly, comments under my posts are out of your way. I understand it's still your stream, and you'd prefer to keep the comments non conspiratorial, but the fact is that on a post asking about conspiracy theories, I expect and even hope for people who believe them to talk, because I'd like to talk with them, as peers, respectfully. So I don't know if that's an option for you, whether that violates your rules or something, but I believe, no matter how stupid someone's idea is, it's still worth hearing them out, because you can still learn a lot about them, but maybe that's the Historian inside me speaking

Now I'm sorry if you found me rude, I'm obviously not perfect, but I like to think every day I get better.

Changing non-existent minds is a lost cause but I can still amuse myself by telling a flaming nutjob to go jump in a lake and watching them stand there and burn to death just to spite me. I even brought popcorn. That's the only thing I expect to get out of any of this, and that's as far as my stake with this crowd goes. What you want is your business. I'm done engaging with what's her face. What little fun there was to be had there has been had, so you're free to poke that turd with a stick in the pursuit of whatever it is you're hoping to find, without my interference.

Looks like you can do so without HER interference either...although trolls have a habit of misrepresenting their intentions, and she's promised to f**k off once already. She may not learn, but I sure do.

Not everyone is out to get you. I don't work for some random mf on the internet, I genuinely would like to know why you have such a deep rooted distrust of authority, and I was hoping you'd be an adult about it. That will be all

Do you work for Hannibal the Cannibal? Hope you're not a census taker or your last name isn't Chilton or you could be Hannibal's lunch ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ I couldn't resist. Dude seriously really look into everything yourself so you won't be some scumbag's puppet. Don't blindly believe me or them but just connect dots, watch, compare the proof that is censored on Google so you'd have to use other searches etc but never expect clever, patient subtle psychopaths that own large colleges, national weather, so called science, politicians, media or even medical establishments to say yes we are actively using billions of dollars and the military worldwide to slowly mutate, torment and kill everyone because they won't do it but they will give subtle hints in multiple ways to gloat. Superbowl, grammys, Oscar's, many celebrity movies, shows, commercials, cartoons even, newspaper ads etc. Back of a dollar bill has numerology, NOT eye of Providence but eye of Horus and NOT an eagle but a phoenix. Occult means hidden. Insidious evil can't be discerned by intellect itself. Everyone has some intuition which gives us that gut feeling you hear of but so many ignore it. It can pick up on some but this is spiritual and an atheist like Hannibal can't discern spirits and willfully refuses to consider God and Satan so what else can be done. In the end we'll all get what we wanted but many will think they're getting what they want by being rid of God and His meddling but what they actually long for can't be obtained without Him. Up to us in the end.
