I went to an acquaintance's 60th birthday celebration this past week and those in attendance all had gray hair and were -- aside from my wife and myself -- some variation of liberal.
One of the primary topics of general conversation? How destructive for the nation were the end result of most leftist policies . . . the policies that they themselves blindly embraced over the decades. Regret was rampant. The wife and I simply smiled and sipped our drinks.
