Science starts with a hypothesis and usually ends with an answer.
Religion starts with an answer and ends with a hypothesis.

It's easy for Christians to debate because all they have to do is ask questions and put "god" as the answer.

Also don't give me an example that does not even go un accordance with WHAT THE BIBE SAYS

English must be your second language because as a native speaker for 59 years, you make no sense.

Well yes, also the reason I capitalise things is because I point to something DIVINE in it

You're hilarious. Think about this: you actually believe in magic trees, talking snakes, a hand that appeared out of nowhere to write prophecy on a wall and then disappeared, spit mixed with mud that cures blindness, that the blood of a bird with scarlet yarn and a cedar plank can cure leprosy, that animals looking at stripped sticks will produce stripped offspring, that the head of an ax will float if some magic words are said, -- nothing you believe is believable in the real world and you belong in a mental institution.

all of these have deeper symbolism, like even some atheists understand that, and i mean dude you yourself have experienced CHRISTIANITY for years according to yourself, so how don't you know this??

That's where your extreme ignorance shows. I DO know all this. I also know it's as worthless as a pitcher of warm piss. You're an atheist too ... you don't believe in Thor, Odin, Zeus, Mithras, The Great Spirit, Joseph Smith, Vishnu, Brahma, Isis, Ra, or Horus. You're an atheist on all those religions and think they're crazy for believing their unbelievable stories and myths ... I just take it one god farther.

my reasoning for that is different, my reasoning for not believing in them is; 1_none of them have miracles or any evidences that support them. 2_they mostly teach immoral and weird behavior that have no relations TO WHAT IS IN THE BIBLE, for example in islam you have to run 32 or something times around a rock just to be forgiven, here there is no symbolic meaning nor any explanation for why that interestingly is never Seen IN THE BIBLE while having no reason to back it up, its always something reasonable and not weird like The Sacrifice of animals In The Old Testament which was a prediction of what is to come (Aka JESUS SACRIFICE). 3_None of these things have deep meaning or any metaphores with them, only weird and reasonless stuff just to help the original person who has made the myth which interestingly never happens with JESUS Nor The Apostles because they were both martyred and mocked for What They Did

"I believe in God because it's in the bible." Circular reasoning, paraphrased from your comment. Shouldn't be too difficult to understand that language.

but of course, I will stop if you all want me to do so, if you all stop disrespecting GOD, because not only its something wrong but that you all love showing these things to the public too

No deal. I will never stop pointing out how stupid it is to believe Jewish Myths. I will never stop disrespecting some stupid invented god who only exists in your tiny two celled brain.
1 up, 2w
When was your little invented god vengeful?
Take a look.

Also my GOD isn't vengeful because the people took revenge themselves? What type of reasoning is that, mostly people personally took revenge and does THE BIBLE ever interpret that as righteousness? Sure thing many times GOD TAKES REVENGE through HIS People or others but does that mean HE is not vengeful?, also most of these people who take revenge themselves disobey GOD

I'll stop publicly disrespecting god, the petty, insecure, vindictive little prick doling out infinite punishment for finite crimes, the instant people like you stop publicly extolling him as some sort of virtuous moral authority.

also i'm an anniolationist so i don't believe in eternal suffering but death, also think a bit, if the answer of repentance is eternal life, then the answer of sin is eternal death
0 ups, 2w
First up that im not forcing any of you all here, im just debating which so happens to be annoying to you, also when was GOD vindictive?? like most of the time i have been here asking why do you call the killingd unjust you only answered that they happened to children, when i ask how, you just pull up an another verse thats related to one of the smaler points that matter less in my answers which still end up being refuted, yes you can use verses like for example in Kings when it tells saul to kill everyone and lists them and even includes nursing babies in the list, but really its a metaphor for everyone and not literal just as JESUS SAYS "Not even the son knows" WHEN HE IS TALKING ABOUT THE DAY OF HIS COMING, Which is not literal, but just a metaphor for the exact date of THE COMING being unknown till it happens, or like when HE SAYS "I am the light of this world" HE DOES NOT mean HE is literaly a lamp but instead USES A METAPHOR FOR GUIDANCE, but as you have told me to go, i will and your bloods be upon your own heads! (yet i will read your reasonings if you ever respond)

Good, we've established that the bible is metaphorical. Which means not literal. Which means made up. Q.E.D.

The million dollar question is why you're so insistent on the veracity of something YOU YOURSELF HAVE SAID is made up? Let me guess: you cherry pick what to believe is real vs what was intended to be interpreted metaphorically, as a cheap rationale for the holes in the overall narrative. Bo-ring! You non-creative types are all the same.
0 ups, 2w
I had never said its made up?, instead said its not a literally forward meaning, like is it that hard to understand the language of the text?
0 ups, 2w
Dude logical thinking, GOD HAS MADE the human mind like this, why do I say that, because I think at this point even a child can understand what type of language is being used in each part

"Green Eggs and Ham" can also be symbolic because of the main character's rejection of societal norms.

Having a symbolic meaning doesn't make a story true.
0 ups, 2w,

It depicts it? Think a bit either it can and either it can't its just a depiction, not something used for something specific, depiction depicts a variety of things and I never used it to prove a story true, but they used it prove a story wrong or say unjust, which I'm saying that's certainly not gonna be something true but symbolic so really you don't know who's part yourbtaking here..
1 up, 1w
Ah, so you pick and choose whether something is symbolic or literal depending on what you're trying to push on others?

My point still stands, especially if you can't tell the difference between literal and symbolic meanings.

And not ONCE have I heard a theist respond to questions about their faith with "I choose to believe that it's true. That's why it's called FAITH." Seems obvious to me, but that tracks: the obvious is always just out of their reach.
0 ups, 2w,

Well that's just self interpreting something, not really making sure its true or not, but generally it's already proven true in their heart, that's Faith
0 ups, 2w,

So religion is a matter of opinion. Got it. So kindly stop using the word "prove" in reference to religious matters. It has no place there.
0 ups, 2w,

Dude I'm literally saying NO, again that's swift interpreting, that type of stuff is just weird, Proof isn't 100% about the theories of science and stuff
0 ups, 1w
Of course not. Proof is an english word, which means it has tons of definitions. The relevant one is "evidence or argument establishing or helping to establish a fact or the truth of a statement". We're all entitled to our own opinions, but not our own facts. Which is to say, your opinion is 100% valid TO YOU. It doesn't need to be proven to you, and it cannot be proven to anyone else.
