it tastes good but it's kinda flat bc the recipe was ass. like the taste is 10/10 but the method used to make the bread was terrible and i would redo it differently. overall recipe is 4/10, wouldn't recommend. also, it took way longer, took more work, and was annoying and messier to clean up than the way i normally do things. i am pissed, the baguettes are so fugly omg
