What bothers me about Bill Maher is that he goes from sane and reasonable to wide full open insane leftist at the drop of a theoretical justification.
Sane and responsible people would say that if they routinely disagree with over 90% of what their chosen Party routinely says and does then it is time to bail on it and seek something different. But not Bill. Is he just that terrified of being ostracized by the Left?
Even leftist poly-sci 'experts -- and are there any others? -- are now agreeing that the nation's racial divide was nearly gone prior to 2008 and then it massively grew -- and continued growing -- after Barack was made president through the concerted efforts of the nation's media outlets. This is because once he was given the office he made it his business to push leftist racism to the forefront of national politics and keep it there.
This is true; and it is leftist approved racism. What's weird though is that many of the leftists approving of this are themselves White. Imagine being part of a political movement BECAUSE you hate yourself and everyone else with the same skin tone. Weird.
Also I think that these self-righteous virtue-signaling idiots think that an exception will be carved out just for them personally and that the discriminatory WOKE DEI practices won't apply when it's their turn at the employment grind. Imagine their surprise when it turns out to be a false hope.
AS ANYONE SANE AND EDUCATED KNOWS D.E.I. DISCRIMINATES BASED ON SKIN COLOR, GENDER AND SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RATHER THAN JUDGING PEOPLE BASED ON THEIR VERIFIABLE TRACK RECORD. THIS EXPLAINS WHY THE FCC IS SCRUTINIZING BOTH DISNEY AND ABC FOR ROUTINELY CONDUCTING JUST SUCH PRACTICES.
