All these quotes are bad, but the "All men are rapists" quote is the worst.

That quote especially jumped out at me as someone who has known a large amount of rape & sees nothing else. Look at my reply to Timmmmaaaayyyy on the fart rape post to see the likely cause of some of these at least. Some are just narcissist or psychopath/sociopathic sadists and some are sociopaths or narcissists that have that history but others are bitter from experiencing it & they're hardened and see nothing else. It's atrocious but sad as well. How happy are they considering what they're saying outside of the psychopaths or malignant narcissists. sociopaths and narcissists are often made which doesn't excuse them but if you've experienced severe trauma you understand the rage.

I've experienced trauma; there is no rational reply to existential hate; there's hope without having to evaluate oneself as an apologist who has found a greater cause.

My reply to someone on the "fart rape" meme I entered a few days ago in the conservatives stream. My prof page with all my entries on imgflip has it there and it's just a reply in comments on that specific meme to someone.

5 point Calvinism not Calvinism entirely. The extreme interpretation which is more hyper is what I speak of. Guys like MacArthur, Sproul, Piper etc present a creed only nuanced Gnostic subtly catholic lie. Limited atonement is the big issue and is false. Just like 5 point Arminians are legalistic and semi-Palagian 5 point Calvinists are semi-Gnostic. Gnostics believe in spiritual Gnosis but they find it by discovering the divine spark within. We are made in His image & have the attributes from the Fall but not enough to "do it ourselves" but man is still human & can receive Christ. God didn't "make some for glory & others for destruction" which is just a "God designed" Gnosticism but so subtle that even the elect would be deceived if possible. I believe predestination, free will & God's knowledge of counterfactuals all come together for a more divine and more human truly Biblical context. I go to Him alone & pastors mostly teach heresy or Pharisee. I fault Calvin's successor Theodore Beza not Calvin for the twists. Catholic twists are canons, catechisms, confessions & filtering scripture through man's expository instead of the other way around.

I boil it down to this - God knows in the long run who is saved and who isn't. We really don't. Sure some people are a given like the Apostles(saved minus Judas) and some dictator who drives the people and country straight into the ground(clearly not saved). We have to accept that anyone still participating in the Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide Cycle still has the choice.

Yes, the Bible states none of us are born worthy and have that blasted sin nature. There is also lot of division like Hebrew/Jew and Gentile. What Jesus did was level the whole 'playing field' except when it comes to blasphemy of the Holy Spirt. Only one sin committed in a lifetime or 'worse than Hitler', it doesn't matter. Jesus' gift of forgiveness and redemption can be accepted either way.

So what does this have to do with Calvin? WELL. . .like I wrote. The Godhead always knew who will be saved since before the creation of everything. It's part of Their omniscient nature. Always felt that Calvinism(maybe because of that Beza you mentioned) overreached into God's omniscient nature. . .and what always happened in the Bible/Torah when some human overreached into areas that didn't concern them when dealing with God and who He is? Not exactly a pretty picture.
